Mr.
Bill Rhoten,
Director, Editor
Bill has over twenty-two years
of acting, directing, producing
and writing experience. He has
acted in more than thirty states
and Canada. He has directed,
acted in, and/or produced more
than twenty-five stage productions
in the Dallas area. He founded
the Dallas Theatre on Tour as
well as the Prairie House Dinner
Theatre receiving critical acclaim
for every production. Bill’s
talent at directing theatre
led to more work in the film
and video market. He has worked
continually for the last fifteen
years writing, directing and
producing features, industrial
films, and commericals. Bill
has written both a TV pilot
(Jessie’s Diary) and a short
film entitled “New Hope”, which
he directed. He is the founder
and artistic director of the
Ennis Public Theatre.
